When you submit an enquiry through this site, we collect your name, contact details, company name where given, and the details of the funding you are asking about. We do not collect any information beyond what is needed to respond to your enquiry.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to place it with lenders on our panel where you ask us to, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Sharing with lenders
If you ask us to place an enquiry, we share the relevant details with lenders on our panel so they can provide terms. We do not share your details with a lender without your enquiry requiring it.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to service the enquiry and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, after which the record is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact admin@howescommercialfinance.co.uk to exercise any of these rights.
